Dear Moms — You got through the Holiday extra, now take a day off and join us for 4 hours of YOU time. Start the new year with some time to de-stress! This event is designed especially for mom’s to escape toxic supermom culture for the day! Step away to fill up your own cup through connection, coaching, breathwork, movement, a healthy lunch that you don’t have to make and more!

Taking time to restore and care for yourself means you have even more to give to your family! I mean, which one is better for the kiddo’s, 1. A depleted mom 2. A fulfilled mom?

Imagine a day where you spend it in a beautiful, calm and serene space where YOU are YOUR health and well-being are prioritized! As moms we are always working for the best quality of life for others, but who is working on quality of life for us moms? We are; and I hope you can join us!

Note: All ticket sales are final. As a small, intimate retreat the space is reserved specifically for attendees, so we’re unable to offer refunds once tickets are purchased (unless the event is cancelled). However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another mom.
